Noodles in a Keto Stir Fry?!

The other ingredients in the stir fry are low in carbs. They include butter, heavy cream, mushrooms, and shrimp. That means you can have a large, filling meal without worrying about carb counts!

Making It Your Way

This recipe is pretty versatile. To make this even faster and easier, you can use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. You can also swap 2 teaspoons of dried parsley for the fresh parsley. Recipe for Keto Creamy Shrimp Stir Fry with Shirataki Noodles

Makes 4 servings 

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of NutriNoodle Shirataki Spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 cup of chopped mushrooms
  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 8 ounces of cooked shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon of seafood seasoning such as Old Bay, or mixture of celery salt, paprika, pepper, allspice, ground mustard, and cayenne
  • Optional toppings: parmesan cheese, halved grape tomatoes, chopped parsley, chopped nuts, chopped cooked bacon

Instructions:

  1. Drain the NutriNoodle Shirataki Spaghetti and cut it into shorter pieces if desired. Heat a wok and cook the spaghetti for 2 minutes or until drier. Set it aside.
  2. Add the butter to the wok and melt it. Then add the garlic and stir for two minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and heat thoroughly. 
  3. Add the parsley and stir.
  4. Add the noodles, cream, and seafood seasoning. Stir and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, or until everything is heated and mixed.
  5. Plate the pasta. Top with any additional desired toppings and serve. Enjoy!
