A stir-fry with noodles does not need to be Asian-inspired, and it does not need to be high in carbs. Are you intrigued? This Keto Creamy Shrimp Stir Fry is easy, satisfying, and delicious. You can make it in less than half an hour with a minimum of effort. That is perfect for a busy weeknight and you can take the leftovers for lunch!

Noodles in a Keto Stir Fry?!

That is right! NutriNoodle Shirataki Spaghetti has 0 grams of net carbs, making it the perfect choice for a keto noodle-based dish. Each serving of NutriNoodle Shirataki Spaghetti has 3 grams of total carbohydrates and 3 gram of dietary fiber. In comparison, regular pasta can have 40 to 50 grams of carbs per serving.

The other ingredients in the stir fry are low in carbs. They include butter, heavy cream, mushrooms, and shrimp. That means you can have a large, filling meal without worrying about carb counts!

Making It Your Way

This recipe is pretty versatile. To make this even faster and easier, you can use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. You can also swap 2 teaspoons of dried parsley for the fresh parsley. It is fine to make it the day before and just heat it up when you want it. Or you can take it for a cold lunch.

These are other ideas for variations.

  • Add chopped bacon when you add the shrimp.
  • Use cooked chicken, fish, or tofu instead of shrimp.
  • Add asparagus or sugar snap peas instead of mushrooms.
  • Stir in 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves in the final 3 minutes of cooking.
  • Stir in ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese or grated parmesan cheese when you add the cream to make an even creamier sauce.

This recipe is great on its own or you can serve it with a salad.
