Recipe for Quick Keto Rainbow Shrimp Stir-Fry with Shirataki Noodles

  • 2 packages of NutriNoodles Shirataki Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of olive or sesame oil
  • 12 ounces of peeled, deveined shrimp
  • 1 cup of shredded or grated purple cabbage
  • 1 cup of shredded or grated green cabbage
  • ½ cup of red bell pepper, in thin strips
  • ½ cup of shredded carrots
  • ½ cup of snow peas
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 thinly sliced green onions, with whites separated from greens
  • 2 cloves of diced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha (optional)
  • Dash of stevia or other low-calorie sweetener
  • Dash of black pepper


  1. Prepare the NutriNoodles Shirataki Noodles according to the package directions by draining them, rinsing them with cold water, and boiling them for up to 3 minutes. Then drain them. Cut them in shorter pieces if desired. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet. Add the white slices of green onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the cabbages, bell pepper, snow peas, carrots, and chicken broth, and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook thoroughly.
  5. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, sweetener, and pepper.
  6. Add the NutriNoodles Shirataki Noodles and sauce to the skillet and toss.
  7. Serve with the green onions as a garnish.
