  • 12 ounces of ground beef.
  • 3 cups of vegetables, such as sliced mushrooms, spinach leaves, sliced zucchini, chopped bell pepper, or broccoli florets.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups of spaghetti or marinara sauce (check to make sure it is low in sugar), divided.
  • 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
