Noodle salads can offer great variety, but they can deliver way too many grams of carbohydrates for a keto or low-carb weight loss diet. Here is a low-carb alternative to love. It uses Kelp Noodles by Sea Tangle Noodle Company, which are the ideal choice for this delicious salad with its blend of textures and flavors that can satisfy cravings.

Kelp Noodles by Sea Tangle Noodle Company are hearty and they carry the flavors perfectly, but they are low enough in carbohydrates to fit into your keto or low-carb diet. In fact, they have only 2 grams of net carbs per serving. That is only a fraction of the 20 to 30 or more grams of carbs in regular, flour-based noodles.

Plus, they are great for weight loss because each serving has only 6 calories! In comparison, a cup of cooked noodles or spaghetti has 200 calories and 40 grams of carbohydrates. There are 3 servings per package of Kelp Noodles by Sea Tangle Noodle Company.

You can be happy knowing they add nutrients such as calcium, iron, and vitamin K. In addition, they are vegan, grain-free, and paleo.

How to use kelp noodles

Kelp Noodles by Sea Tangle Noodle Company are super easy to use. They do not need to be cooked. Just open the package, drain them, and rinse them. Then use them in your favorite noodle-based recipes! You can even just toss them with sauce and they are ready to serve.
