This cheesy dish is creamy, hearty, meaty, delicious, and easy! Oh, and it is keto-friendly, thanks to NutriNoodle Organic Edamame Protein Spaghetti. It has ground turkey, four types of cheese, and you can top it with nuts and cheese for a crunchy, creamy casserole. Yum!

NutriNoodle Organic Edamame Protein Spaghetti has 18 grams of total carbohydrates, including 11 grams of dietary fiber. It also has 20 grams of protein per serving. You can cook it just like you do regular pasta. With the protein from NutriNoodle Organic Edamame Protein Spaghetti, the cheeses, and the ground turkey, this dish really packs a protein punch.

If you want to add some fiber and other nutrients for a one-bowl meal, you can add vegetables easily. You can add in 1 to 2 cups of sliced zucchini or mushrooms when you cook the ground turkey. If you do, just increase the cooking time in the skillet by about 5 minutes. You can also layer fresh or drained frozen and thawed spinach into the baking pan with the other ingredients. With these vegetables, this truly is a meal in one!

The recipe calls for blue cheese, but you can use any type of cheese. Feta crumbles and parmesan cheese are two options with stronger flavors, but you can add more mozzarella or put in swiss or cheddar cheese for a creamier bake. You can also swap olive oil for butter.
