- Zest from ¼ lemon, about 1 teaspoon
- ½ heavy cream or whipping cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 ounces of cream cheese, at room temperature and in cubes
- Juice from half a lemon, about 2 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, minced
