Recipe for Black Bean Pasta with Garlic Infused Olive Oil

Serves 3


  • 1 package of NutriNoodle Organic Black Bean Protein Spaghetti
  • 2 red or yellow bell peppers, cut in thin strips (julienned)
  • ¼ cup garlic-infused olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • (optional) 2 cups of fresh spinach


  1. Prepare NutriNoodle Organic Black Bean Protein Spaghetti according to the package directions. Boil water in a pot, add the spaghetti, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until softened. Then strain.
  2. Heat the garlic-infused olive oil and cook the bell pepper strips in it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the butter and melt, then add the pasta, basil, and spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with parmesan cheese, if desired.
